We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Products may take up to 3 weeks to ship. If an order is estimated to take longer the purchaser will be contacted. We are craftsmen with full time jobs that sometimes require us to travel far from home and our workshop. We try to make a run to the post office at least once a week.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the proper shipping address has been provided to us. If you have provided a proper email address you will receive a tracking number when we ship your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been labeled delivered by the USPS. Please make appropriate arrangements for shipping. We appreciate your understanding!
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Grooming products cannot be refunded unless we deem them defective.
Customized or Monogrammed items are not eligible for refund unless deemed defective by HD&M.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
